Jane Goodall Day of Peace

Client: The Jane Goodall Institute is a global nonprofit founded by renown paleontologist Jane Goodall and based in Arlington, Virginia. Its Roots & Shoots program empowers young people to create a better world. On the annual International Day of Peace, people all over the world hold festivals, concerts, and moments of silence, and fly peace doves to promote an end to war.

Need: An official scrapbook documenting Day of Peace activities all over the world for Jane Goodall to carry with her in her global travels.

Response: A tabletop book telling the Day of Peace story, filled with color photos and original peace dove graphics. It was commissioned two years in a row and carried by Jane.
